Nova Scotia: Negotiated return of properties siezed by the Canadian government. Montreal: Represented several clients who were extradited to the US or to Canada, and their related criminal case. Ontario: Represented Canadian government in extraditing Canadian citizen back to Canada. Represented Royal Canadian Mounted Police in extraditing Canadian citizen from US. Mexico City: Represented US government in major wire fraud scheme involving US and Mexican banks. Spain: Represented government of Spain in extraditing a Spanish citizen back to Spain. Met with major women's clothes manufacturer relative to introducing his clothes line in the United States. West Germany: Represented the West German government in extraditing a West German from the US. Belize: Represented a member of the Majority Political Party of Belize in a criminal case in Florida. Met with Belizian Consul General in Miami. Helped a US business group place a bid to the government of Belize for goods and services. Sierra Leone: Helped form a US business group investment in diamond mines. Initiated several contacts with the public and private sectors in Sierra Leone. Mauritania: Represented that government against international arms dealer who defrauded them. Haiti: Helped form a US business group investment providing goods and services to Haiti. Negotiated with the US State Department and Haitian government for a Haitian client to remain in the US. England: Worked several cases with New Scotland Yard. Interviewed by British Television for documentary on case that I handled. |
